Kirill Jigoulev advises ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families, international investors and family offices on real estate, private wealth and cross-border matters involving assets in Mallorca, the Balearic Islands and beyond.
He works on a limited number of matters at any given time, typically at decisive moments: the acquisition of a unique property, a family's relocation to Mallorca, a dispute arising from a development project or the restructuring of wealth across multiple jurisdictions.
More than 80% of his clients maintain connections with more than one jurisdiction. Working in Catalan, Spanish, English, German, French and Russian, he regularly coordinates with lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals across his clients' home jurisdictions to ensure a consistent international strategy.
